Phoebe currently serves on the boards of Invesco, Ltd., Leggett & Platt, and PPL Corporation, where she holds key leadership roles, including Audit Committee Chair and Governance Committee Chair. A qualified SEC financial expert, she brings deep expertise across audit, compensation, strategy, and governance.
