Advocates are high-level corporate influencers who champion the development of women for board positions.
The $400 annual Advocate fee supports OnBoard’s work of enabling women for corporate board service. Advocates earn the following benefits:
- Notifications of confidential board opportunities
- Invitations to two complimentary Advocates-only events per year, each featuring a high-profile speaker and exclusive networking opportunities
- Option to gift one complimentary Next OnBoard membership to an early- or mid-career woman ($100 value; included with Advocate fee)
- Discounted admission to three OnBoard signature events throughout the year; free admission to virtual events
- Opportunity to mentor or be mentored
- Listing in the Annual Study (published in October) and OnBoard’s website (updated quarterly)
The Advocates List
Launched in 2005 with a dozen charter members, the Advocates List now consists of more than 300 corporate and civic leaders who proudly support gender parity in corporate leadership.
