Kelsey is the Director of Omnichannel Strategy & Execution at UPS, leading initiatives that deliver a seamless cross‑channel customer experience through digital and AI‑driven solutions. Her scope spans digital and voice assistants, proactive notifications, agentic AI solutions, the support portal, and initiatives addressing critical customer pain points. A key contributor to UPS’s customer experience transformation, she has broadened impact across operations, sales, digital product teams, and global customer service. She began at UPS as a package handler and advanced through roles in Field Marketing, Pricing Strategy, Program Communications, Customer Experience and Customer Service. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Louisville and an Executive M.S. in Transportation & Supply Chain Management from the University of Denver.

Elizabeth Sewak is Senior Director of Care Delivery and Provider Enablement at Carelon Health, the provider arm of Elevance Health. Prior to her current role, Elizabeth held positions across Enterprise Strategy, the Chief of Staff team to the Office of the President, and Health Solutions at Elevance Health. Previously, she served as the Director of Health Plans at TytoCare, supporting go-to-market strategy and value-based care models, and worked in management consulting at Deloitte advising federal health agencies. Elizabeth began her career at the Florida Governor’s Office focused on formalizing the state’s telehealth strategy. She is a graduate of the University of Florida, earning both her B.A. and M.A. in Public Policy, and is currently pursuing her MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Chanelle Barnes serves as Programming Co-Chair for Next OnBoard, where she oversees the strategic execution of the organization’s 2026 event calendar. With over 14 years of experience across the residential and commercial real estate sectors, Chanelle currently serves as a Transaction Management Manager at CBRE. In this role, she leverages her deep industry expertise to manage high-stakes client portfolios, including Wells Fargo.

Chanelle’s leadership is defined by her commitment to creating a “ripple effect” of positive influence. Previously serving as Mentorship Chair-Elect, she carries her passion for empowerment into her programming role, ensuring every Next OnBoard event provides the tools and connections women need to ascend in their careers. Beyond the boardroom, Chanelle is a dedicated advocate for underserved youth and a champion for women navigating the integration of high-level career growth and family life. A devoted wife and mother of two (with a third on the way), she finds joy in her garden and in building a legacy of inspired leadership for the next generation.

Tonya Rapley is a seasoned social impact professional and the Director of Strategic Partnerships at ACE | Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs, where she leads the organization’s phialnthopic capitlization efforts and builds strategic partnerships to advance ACE’s mission of supporting underserved entrepreneurs with the capital and coaching they need to scale their businesses and strengthen their communities. Prior to joining ACE, Rapley led her own firm, driving communications strategy for financial services companies across customer acquisition, investor relations, corporate responsibility, and sustainability in local, regional, and national markets. She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Policy and Affairs from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Florida International University. Rapley serves as a board member of Next OnBoard, championing pathways for women pursuing board service, and volunteers with the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta. She is an avid golfer, angel investor, art collector, and proud mother.

Jocelyn Heartley is a learning and leadership development leader with over 10 years of experience designing and leading talent, leadership, and organizational development initiatives across the financial services and nonprofit sectors. Her work has focused on developing leaders at all levels, strengthening workplace culture, closing skill gaps, and building inclusive, high performing teams through strategic learning, coaching, and facilitation.

In 2024, Jocelyn followed a long standing creative passion and launched Heartley at Home, a small business centered on reloving well loved furniture and transforming timeless pieces into elevated, statement designs without losing their soul. Through custom refinishing, client collaborations, and educational content, she blends craftsmanship, storytelling, and sustainability, proving that beauty, quality, and intention can coexist.

Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an Executive MBA from Georgia State University. She has served on nonprofit boards since 2019, contributing her expertise in leadership, governance, and community impact.

Jocelyn brings the same intentionality to entrepreneurship that has defined her leadership career grounded in growth, resilience, and continuous learning. She is passionate about empowering individuals to take bold steps, bet on themselves, and build lives and careers aligned with both purpose and well-being.

Amanda Willingham

Amanda Willingham is the Compliance Team Leader at Georgia Power Company, where she leads the Water Chemistry, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance, and Warehouse teams at Plant McDonough, a combined cycle generating facility. Amanda drives operational excellence and fosters a culture of safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility. Through her leadership, she ensures the facility operates efficiently and sustainably, supporting Georgia Power’s mission to deliver safe, reliable, and cleaner energy. Before assuming her current role, Amanda served as a Senior Renewable Gas Analyst with Southern Company Gas, where she led strategic initiatives to optimize environmental performance and advance renewable energy solutions. Earlier in her career, she held key roles at Georgia Power focused on environmental compliance, project execution, and equipment reliability—contributing to the success of major plant operations across the company. Amanda holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Notre Dame of Maryland University and an MBA from Mercer University. She is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys traveling, volunteering, and spending time with her Chiweenie, Dash, as well as friends and family.

Kenesha Cook is a strategic communications leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate with a proven track record across media, marketing, and storytelling. She currently serves as Advisor Communications Manager at Cetera, where she leads advisor-facing communications, executive messaging, and strategic content that strengthens engagement and alignment across the organization. In addition to supporting executive leadership, Kenesha partners broadly across marketing and marketing communications, contributing to initiatives for channel leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency enterprise-wide.

Prior to joining Cetera, Kenesha spent over a decade at CNN, where she honed her expertise within the Creative Marketing Department. During her tenure, she championed off-channel marketing, brand marketing, strategic marketing, digital initiatives. Her work helped elevate CNN talent across television and film, including spearheading initiatives that placed CNN News Anchors into major productions—most notably contributing to appearances connected to Wakanda Forever.
Beyond her corporate career, Kenesha is deeply committed to leadership, equity, and service. She is actively involved with She Runs It, where she serves on the Equity, Inclusion & Diversity Committee, the Leadership Committee, and the Mentor Committee, supporting the advancement of women and underrepresented leaders across industries. Kenesha also serves as Co-Chair of Board Governance for Next OnBoard, contributing to board development, governance strategy, and leadership excellence.

Kenesha is also the Founder and CEO of Kissable by KPC, a beauty and grooming brand offering lip gloss, lip care, body products, and beard care. Kenesha’s work and impact have been recognized by publications including Voyage ATL Magazine, Canvas Rebel Magazine, Shoutout Atlanta Magazine, Villa Rica/Temple News & Views, and NAMIC Women’s History Spotlight.
A graduate of Western Kentucky University, Kenesha is an avid traveler who values time with family and friends, volunteers regularly, and proudly embraces life alongside her beloved four-legged companion, Wally.

Prior to Kathryn’s current role, she worked with UPS’s SMB customers as an Inside Sales Representative in San Antonio, Account Executive in Indianapolis, Senior Account Executive in Atlanta, and Enterprise Account Manager in the Northeast. Kathryn was a student athlete at the University of Tennessee, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education, Therapeutic Recreation and holds an MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Mercer University. Kathryn serves on the leadership team of UPS’s women’s employee resource group, which supports development and advancement of women leaders within the company. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, cooking, and traveling!

Jonelle is a Senior Investigator at Kennesaw State University, where she manages the university’s ethics and compliance hotline and conducts investigations related to fraud, waste, and abuse. She has over 10 years of experience in ethics and compliance, audit, forensic accounting, and fraud investigations, with professional experience across both the public and private sectors.

Jonelle holds a Master’s degree in Accounting with a concentration in Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She is currently pursuing an MBA at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she is actively involved in student leadership and serves as a Net Impact Board Fellow and the Evening MBA Wellness Committee Chair.

Outside of professional and academic commitments, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing Pilates, and volunteering at her church.
