Join us for our first read of the summer: Break Your Own Rules: How to Change the Patterns of Thinking That Block Women’s Paths to Power by Jill Flynn, Kathryn Heath, and Mary Davis Holt.
As emerging and current leaders, many of us have been taught to follow certain “rules” for success—work hard, keep your head down, be agreeable, and wait for your accomplishments to speak for themselves. This book challenges those assumptions and explores how women can rethink the beliefs and behaviors that may be limiting their influence, visibility, and advancement.
