Join us for one of Next OnBoard’s most beloved traditions: the Gift of Success. This annual gathering is a chance for our inspiring community of mid-career women to come together, celebrate the year’s accomplishments, and empower each other to thrive in the year ahead.
We’ll kick off the evening with networking over drinks and light bites, giving you time to connect with fellow leaders and friends. Then we’ll launch into our signature white elephant gift exchange but with a meaningful twist. Each attendee is invited to bring a wrapped gift (around $25 value) that reflects something thoughtful and uplifting: a book that inspired you, a product that rejuvenates you, or a tool that empowers you to bring your best self to work and life.
This year, we encourage you to use this as an opportunity to support your favorite women-owned businesses or choose gifts that celebrate and uplift women. Every gift shared is a chance to tell a story, spark conversation, and inspire success in others.
