How OnBoard Accelerator Works
Program Structure
OnBoard Accelerator is meticulously structured to provide comprehensive training and development:
- Interactive Sessions: Engage in six two-hour virtual sessions and two one-hour virtual sessions focusing on intensive learning, plus one capstone in-person session in Atlanta to solidify connections and apply learned concepts.
- Homework Assignments: Expect 3-4 hours of homework between sessions to deepen understanding and application of topics discussed.
- Monthly Schedule: Sessions are thoughtfully spread over several months to allow ample time for learning and application.
Admission Criteria
Consideration is open to individuals with significant responsibility for an operation or function, including: P&L responsibility ($100 million or over); C-Suite or substantial division/operating or partnership experience; individuals who have a significant influence on strategy or risk at the highest level, such as general counsel, or experience “in the boardroom” as an executive or advisor. Applicants should have personal and behavioral attributes such as strategic thinking and decision-making, the ability to communicate effectively, influence, work effectively with other directors and senior management, and skillfully represent the organization with stakeholders.
Application and Admission Details:
- Online Application: Submit your applications confidentially online.
- Selection Process: Applications will be reviewed thoroughly to ensure alignment with board candidacy expectations. Based on prior interviews and application details, an interview may be required.
- Limited Class Size: The cohort is limited to fifteen participants to maintain a high-quality, personalized learning environment.
Fee Structure:
- $3,800, covering all sessions and inclusive of one year of OnBoard Advocate level membership.
- If you are a current OnBoard Advocate, the fee is $3,400.
Payment Terms: Fees are non-refundable and due within ten business days of acceptance or before the first session, whichever is earlier.

All sessions are held virtually on Monday evenings from 5:00 – 7:30 pm EST. Cohort members are invited to participate in the Get On Board! capstone networking event in September/October.

OnBoard Accelerator Faculty
Henna Inam – CEO of Transformational Leadership Inc. and a former C-level executive with Novartis, with over 20 years of experience driving corporate transformation. She is a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders globally, specializing in leadership development for organizations navigating disruption. Henna is also an independent board director for Engro Corp., a leadership blogger for Forbes, and the author of two acclaimed books, including Wired for Authenticity.

Jennifer Mirgorod – an Executive and Leadership Coach and owner of Crest Consulting LLC, committed to helping exceptional leaders and teams tackle their professional challenges to take their careers and lives to the next level. Jennifer has decades of senior executive leadership and non-profit experience, which form the foundation of her executive coaching practice. Her career began in media research in Atlanta, and she later moved to Hong Kong for eight years, where she managed sales teams across the Asia-Pacific region. Upon returning to the US, Jennifer climbed the ranks at WarnerMedia (now Warner Bros. Discovery), where she led sales, marketing, and business development teams across North America. In addition to her corporate experience, Jennifer is Vice Chair of the Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School board of trustees and will become Chair in July 2025. She also sits on the University of Virginia College of Arts & Sciences Regional Board.
