Designed to recognize leaders in senior executive positions who are in the pipeline for board service, the OnBoard Excellence Awards are presented each year to three Georgia-based leaders to exemplify OnBoard’s mission: increasing the number of women in executive leadership and on corporate boards.

To be eligible, an OnBoard Excellence Award nominee must be Georgia-based, serving in a significant leadership role within her organization. Their colleagues recognize them as someone who serves with excellence in her profession, a role model of career achievement who actively mentors and advocates for other professionals seeking to advance their careers. They serve on a for-profit company board or are building the credentials to be eligible for a for-profit company board.

This year we are honoring three exceptional leaders who have made a significant impact in their roles as Chief Corporate Affairs Officers.
