Join OnBoard on November 5 to honor Lori George for her exemplary board service, pioneering executive leadership, and unwavering dedication to helping women advance in their careers. Lori is a trusted independent director currently serving on the boards of Shake Shack and Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED.
 
This year’s event will feature keynote speaker Dottie Pepper, a 17-time LPGA Tour winner, two-time major champion, and glass-ceiling breaker. After dominating women’s professional golf, Dottie shattered barriers in broadcast journalism, becoming the first woman to announce live at The Masters and the first walking reporter—male or female—to cover the tournament on-course.

In this interactive virtual session, executive coach Teresa Caro (founder of Liminist and TED Editor’s Pick) builds on her TEDx talk, The Hidden Cost of Apologizing Too Much at Work. She will connect Unapologetic Prioritization with Positive Intelligence to help participants recognize predictable pressure patterns, identify the strengths behind their Saboteurs, and practice choosing a constructive Sage response. You will leave with practical questions to protect your judgment, relationships, and influence when pressure rises.

If you do not have a substitute, registrations canceled more than 10 working days before the event are eligible for a credit to a future OnBoard event.

No refunds or credits are available for cancellations made within 10 working days of the event. Attendee names can be substituted up to 3 working days of the event.
